Severe / Pround Clinic Satisfaction Questionnaires - suggestions please
Hi all
I am setting up a severe/profound clinic. Does anyone use a satisfaction questionnaire for this type of clinic.
I feel the usual GHABP is not suitable for this cohort and would welcome any recommendations and where to find such material.
If I am to develop a new questionnaire - suggestions please.
Thanks.

There is mention of an alternative questionnaire in this presentation (slide 45)
http://www.improvement.nhs.uk/audiol...hop16Nov09.ppt
but I can't find any links to it unfortunately, although it does say "is available to you all"... Not sure if it has a before and after fitting or satisfaction element to it. Maybe if you get in touch of the people who wrote the presentation they might have a copy??
