here in india the number of students who are studying diploma are more than bsc and msc students,
since they pass out with in 0ne year they are ready to work even for rupees
5000 per month,
so most of the ENT are preferring them,
but in real they dont have deep knowledge about audiology,
just because of business they are employed every where,
what can be done to avoid this?
