Background in Audiology:

I am an undergraduate of BSc. Speech and Hearing Sciences (specialized in Audiology) degree program conducted by the Department of Disability Studies in the Faculty of Medicine of University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka (www.med.kln.ac.lk). Currently I am in my 3rd year of this 4 year degree program. Final (4th) year is going to be my research year after the first three years of academic activities. I entered this degree program after advanced level studies which was done in Biology stream. In my country, (Sri Lanka) Audiology is an up coming profession and I am happy to be one of the pioneering members of the field.

Other Interests / Hobbies:

playing acoustic guitar, composing songs, painting, writing lyrics and putting tunes
