Hello there,
I would like to know the laboratory and radio-logic investigations you would order for a child with suspected autoimmune hearing loss??
I have that child 5 years with bilateral asymmetrical hearing loss that started a year ago and is progressive (started in the right ear and progressed to the left) and how would I fit such a child. Is there a role for OAEs before fitting although this child gives excellent reliable thresholds??
