New info on bone-conduction ABR/ASSR testing in infants
FYI, we have just posted on the UBC HAPLAB website some new information concerning bone-conduction ABR/ASSR methodology for testing young infants.
Specifically, we have added notes about:
- No correction needed for occlusion effect when testing infants
- Either hand-held or elastic-band methods of holding the bone oscillator to the infant temporal bone may be used, provided adequate training/experience is first given.
HAPLAB clinical ABR/ASSR website:

Hope this is helpful!
