Is anyone aware of any research or trials being conducted into questionnaires that can be used in obtaining qualitative/quantative information from patients and/or relatives of patients with Alzheimer's and/or dementia?

I am looking for questionniares that can be used as an alternative to the Glasgow or COSI or similar.
